Leader Rules

Leaders must abide by these rules.
Must be active. I want to see you at least once per week.
You can have up to 1 wild card
You can have 1 major and one minor ban. Major being banning all entry hazards or an ability or a pokemon.
Minor bans are items or banning of a specified entry hazard.
Must have a winners/losers section
